Commission info

I work freelance to create digital illustrations and character designs.I am open for commissions at any time unless stated otherwise. I will only take payment through Paypal. I will provide my Paypal when discussing pricing in DMs.Please contact me through my listed options (through Twitter or Discord) to discuss commission details. Specify what you want in the commission, including but not limited to characters, poses, moods, lighting, and the commission type. BUST- 25 USD

HALFBODY- 35 USD

FULLBODY- 45 USD

REFERENCE SHEETS
BASE PRICE- 50 USD
WITH CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN- 70 USDIncludes a front and back angle, color palette, and some optional text.
Custom designs are exempt from major adjustment fees or limits.
Cost may increase depending on complexity, extra outfits, angles, etc.

PAY-PER-HOUR COMMISSIONS- 25 USD/hr
If you want to skip the extra fees, you can ask for a commission that can be paid for depending on how many hours I work on it.
This type of commission has no limits or extra fees with extra characters, how much of a character is shown, or backgrounds, but will have a limit of 3 major adjustments.Please note that choosing pay-per-hour and requesting extra characters or complex backgrounds may result in a less finished product than a commission completed within the same amount of time but with fewer characters or a less complex background.Extras

Terms of Service

BY PURCHASING ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND WILL COMPLY TO MY TERMS OF SERVICE.
I WILL WORK UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU HAVE READ MY T.O.S. AND I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONFUSION OR CONFLICT THAT RESULTS FROM NOT READING OR COMPLYING WITH MY TOS.

General

  • I retain the right to enforce my terms of service at my own discretion.

  • I retain the right to change my terms of service at my own discretion and it is up to clients to remain up-to-date with my TOS.

  • I retain the right to turn down a commission for any reason.

  • I retain the right to cancel refund a commission for any reason.

  • By commissioning me you are agreeing that you will not use my artwork for the generation of NFTs, AI image generation, or AI training.

  • I will blacklist clients at my own discretion after cancelling and/or refunding a commission if I feel that they have broken my TOS or have otherwise breached my boundaries.

Payment Information

  • All payments are to be done through Paypal.

  • I require for the payment to be in USD. Please convert before sending.

  • I require that at least half of the full price of the commission is sent via Paypal before starting the commission. The remainder of the payment must be sent after the artwork is completed.

  • Tips are appreciated, but never necessary. If you wish to tip me, please find my ko-fi link on my home page.

Refund Information

  • I will administer a refund under the following conditions: I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, or more than two months have passed since the full payment without prior discussion of waiting.

  • My client may request a cancellation of the commission and a refund at any time for any reason. HOWEVER, I will only offer a partial refund for work that I have already started, the amount of which depends on the progress of the piece. You will not get as much money back for a near-complete commission as you would one that was in its sketching stage.

  • Any attempts at chargeback will be considered malicious and will automatically have the rights of the character/artwork revoked.

Usage Information

  • I reserve the rights to use commissions created by me for the purpose or promotion, posting and portfolio.

  • The client may use artwork commissioned by me for personal use freely, which includes but is not limited to: profile pictures, desktop/phone backgrounds, printing for PERSONAL USE (hanging it on your own wall,) reposting, for providing reference images, and RP purposes.

  • If you wish to use my artwork for any commercial purposes, which includes but is not limited to selling prints, merchandise, promotion, advertisements, etc., you will be required to pay me 5% royalties for the total revenue that is generated from the usage of my artwork. There is no expiration period the required royalties.

  • You may not remove my watermark for any reason without paying an extra 100% of the final price. This is to protect my work.

Boundaries

I WILL DRAW:

  • Humans/humanoids

  • Furry/anthro

  • Animals and monsters

  • Weapons and armor

  • Gore

  • Nudity and NSFW

  • Most themes and aesthetics

  • Most things that are not on the I Will Not Draw list, but if you're unsure, just ask.

I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Stupidly complex character designs

  • Fetish art of scat, waterworks, farts, feet, or TF

  • Sexual imagery of minors, real life people, or my own characters

  • Suggestive/NSFW art for clients under 18

  • Pedophilic or incestuous relationships, or proship content

  • Hate art geared towards other people, other people's characters or specific groups of people

NOTE: If you are commissioning NSFW art of another person's character, I require CLEAR WRITTEN CONSENT. I will not accept a NSFW commission where permission is unclear or absent.Things to remember while commissioning me:

  • I do not have infinite free time or energy to complete artwork. I am an art student in college, so I will ask you not to expect any artwork to be done within a day or two. You may request to have an update on commission progress at any time, but please do not hound me for progress constantly or attempt to force me into working on your commission outside of my own time. Doing this may result in me refunding you and cancelling the commission and possibly blacklisting you.

  • If you don't give me specifics, I will have to take artistic liberties with the mood, pose, background, etc.. If you don't want to leave this up to chance, please provide me with specifics such as pose or background references, or make a reference drawing for exactly what you want.
